Visitors come for links and link owners come for visitors. Every new directory has to break that circle. Here is a plan that works in a few weeks.
1. Seed the directory yourself
Add 100–200 good links in your main categories before you tell anyone. Use Import and Export to load a CSV of links you have collected, and let Fetch details fill in names, pictures and counts. Remove the sample links with one click once your own are in.
2. Start your own channel
Create a Telegram channel for your directory and connect Telegram Bot Tools. Every approved link is posted with a button back to its page. Owners of listed groups share the post — free promotion for both of you.
3. Ask link owners to share
When a link is approved, its owner gets an email. Many will share their listing with their members. Make that easy: a clear, attractive link page with a QR code and share buttons is already built in.
4. Find partners
Offer the embed widget to blogs and community sites in your niche. Each widget is a steady trickle of visitors and a link that helps your search ranking.
5. Write for search
Write category page texts and a few blog posts answering what your audience searches for — "best Telegram channels for UPSC", "how to join a Telegram group safely". Submit your sitemap in Google Search Console.
6. Measure and repeat
Visitors History shows top pages, referrers and devices. Double down on what brings people in.
