How do I install TGGroups on XAMPP for testing?

Extract the zip into C:\xampp\htdocs\tggroups.
Start Apache and MySQL from the XAMPP control panel.
Open http://localhost/tggroups/. Use host 127.0.0.1, user root and an empty password on the database step.
Enter your license code — localhost is always allowed in addition to your live domain.
